KUET combines two progression modes with three game types, providing six options. Individual or team participation is configured separately in the activity.
Manual: the teacher starts the session, leads the questions and decides when to show answers, statistics and feedback. It requires a WebSocket and a single connected teacher.
Scheduled: each student works at their own pace while the session is open. They can leave and resume on another device. No WebSocket is needed; questions and answers can be shuffled. If automatic dates are not set, the teacher must open and close the session.
Works as a quiz without competitive gameplay. It can run without a time limit and can still be graded. Scores depend on accuracy, not speed.
In manual progression, the teacher sets the pace; in scheduled progression, each student advances independently.
Rewards correct answers and speed. The answer score is multiplied by the proportion of time remaining out of the time available for that question.
A session or per-question time limit is required. You can display an interim ranking between questions and a final ranking highlighting the top three participants.

The teacher sees a table of participants’ progress and results in real time. This race view is for the teacher; after a question ends, they can review its content and use feedback controls.
Scores add up question points without a speed bonus. A time limit is configured, with optional interim and final rankings.
The total time allocated to questions is not necessarily the actual session duration: rankings and teacher pauses also take time. Configure your session or learn how to play and lead it.
